WigWag and Shopify have streamlined activation. First, ensure your WigWag account is active. Then Initiate the installation process, which will redirect you to your Shopify store to activate the WigWag app. In your Shopify admin, click "Activate" to enable WigWag. It’s that simple.

Processing Refunds on Shopify with WigWa

Managing refunds is straightforward with WigWag. Navigate to the order you want to refund, open the refund panel by clicking "Refund," enter the refund amount, and confirm. WigWag handles the rest, updating your order timeline. Refunds take 3-12 working days to process, and the amount is deducted from your WigWag balance.

Withdrawing Your Funds

WigWag offers flexible withdrawal options. Log in to your WigWag dashboard, click "Withdraw," specify the amount, choose between standard or instant withdrawal, and confirm. Your funds will be sent to your bank account promptly
