  • Submit Required Documents: Provide the necessary documents and wait to be verified.
  • Get Started: Once you’re verified, you can start using WigWag to receive digital payments.
  • Dashboard Management: Keep track of payments, including who paid you and what for, as well as where payments are still outstanding, from the user-friendly WigWag dashboard.
  • Understand the Fees: WigWag charges a simple fee of 2.95% for South African cards and 3.4% for international cards. Decide when you get paid out, with a charge of R2 per payout. If you need that money ASAP you can pay R10 to see it reflect instantly. (All fees are ex VAT)
